Ultra Series #10 - Ethiopia Wolichu Wachu Anaerobic Natural (250g)
Wolichu Wachu processing station was founded in 2017, serving 4500 farmers from Haro Wachu in Uraga and the surrounding region. On average, every producer in the area works with half a hectare of land. Right after harvest, they send the carefully picked cherries to Wolichu Wachu for processing. Starting with floatation, cherries are cleaned and sorted at the same time. Only those of certain weight will be brought forward for the next procedure in the processing line. For this particular origin, cherries are put under anaerobic environment with a pH of 3.9 at 14-16°C for 36 hours to undergo fermentation, then dried on raised bed to produce delicate layers of flavours.
Orders placed from 1st to 15th of each month, will have their coffees sent out on 17th of the same month.
Orders placed from 16th to last day of the month, will have their coffees sent out on the 2nd of the following month.
