This Houjicha Karigane is roasted using the stems of assorted cultivars of the Sencha tea plants grown in Ujitawara. The cup carries a comforting roasted malt flavour and amazing sweetness.
Recommended brewing parameters: Use 3g tea leaves to 150ml water, 90 degrees water, steep for 1 min.
